About the firm
Large-bank discipline for middle-market healthcare.
Alexander Price & Co. was founded in 2026 to bring the process, negotiating strategy and technical skill of a bulge-bracket investment bank to middle-market and lower-middle-market healthcare companies.
Who we are
A healthcare investment bank built around two services
We advise healthcare business owners on selling their companies and raising capital. Every engagement runs as a tightly choreographed, competitive process, designed to bring the right buyers or investors to the table and keep them competing through closing.
We focus on healthcare because the sector rewards depth. It will always matter, it constantly draws new entrants, and it grows more complex as care and technology converge. Knowing it narrowly and well lets us anticipate what buyers will scrutinize and position each company before they ask.

How we work
What sets us apart
Senior bankers, small teams
Each engagement is led by a Managing Director supported by one or two junior bankers. Your day-to-day contact is the Managing Director. Our senior bankers trained at J.P. Morgan and Cross Keys Capital.
Full attention on every mandate
A senior banker takes on no more than three engagements at a time. Our aim is for every client to feel like our only client.
Independent, on one side of the table
We are an independent firm. We do not acquire companies and we do not represent buyers, so our only interest in a transaction is our client’s.
Candid advice
We give realistic valuation guidance from the first meeting. We recommend the offer that best fits a client’s goals, which is not always the highest bid, and we never press a client to accept terms that are wrong for them.
Who we advise
Founder- and family‑owned healthcare companies
Our clients are typically founder- or family-owned healthcare companies headquartered in the United States, with $1 million or more of EBITDA. Transactions generally range from $10 million to $100 million.
Our offices
Miami and Nashville
Our offices sit in two of the country’s leading healthcare markets. Both cities are home to deep pools of investment capital, active strategic acquirers and experienced healthcare operators, and both regularly host the industry’s major conferences.
Considering a transaction?
A confidential conversation with a senior banker is the best place to start.
